“As it had been several years, I went to Sandia Hearing Labs to get my hearing tested and have my current hearing aids retuned to the additional loss I have been experiencing. The staff was outgoing and very accommodating and the person who did the testing was very thorough. They also spent quite a bit of time with me describing the functions and features of the newest technology (mine are seven years old), but did not try to hard-sell me on a new set of hearing aids. It was more of an explanation of the advances and an offer to give them a try, if I liked.
All in all, it was a very pleasant and professional experience.“
